We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years’ digital marketing experience, ideally in the e-commerce industry, with a proven track record in email marketing, managing paid media campaigns, and implementing effective SEO strategies.
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and maximize customer engagement. What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including email marketing, paid media campaigns, and SEO.
- Support the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing campaigns and strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Optimise email campaigns for increased open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, while maintaining a strong focus on customer segmentation and personalisation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Develop compelling email content, landing pages, and display ads that align with brand guidelines and drive customer action.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and SEO, and apply them to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Implement and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Perform keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link-building activities to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
Who you are:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ecommerce.
- Proven experience in managing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance analysis.
- Strong knowledge of paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with a demonstrated ability to manage and optimise campaigns effectively.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with experience in keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building.
- Proficient in using email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a passion for keeping up with the latest industry trends and best practices.
