Marketing Executive at Yuup

Full-time, fixed-term contract

This is a hybrid role with three days a week based at Square Works, Berkeley Square, Bristol and the other two days a week being flexible

Yuup is a vibrant online marketplace bringing people together through real-life local experiences. Founded in Bristol in 2021, we’re a start-up on a mission to expand our community across the UK and make a positive social impact.

We are seeking a highly capable Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of marketing experience.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for coordinating and project managing marketing initiatives, to drive results from marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and results-driven individual who is passionate about marketing and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating marketing activities simultaneously across multiple campaigns and projects
• Creating, managing and maintaining project plans to ensure delivery and performance is on track (we use Asana, so experience of that tool would be beneficial but is not essential)
• Working with our content and venue partners to ensure timely delivery of all campaign activities
• Booking media and coordinating production and delivery of creative assets
• Coordinating production and delivery of creative assets, working with our copywriter and designer to achieve on-time delivery of each asset.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of two years’ experience in marketing
• Has excellent project management skills
• Is highly organised
• Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Is able to work at pace and independently
• Good knowledge of email marketing helpful
• Has desire to build something great
• Is driven and strives to learn and improve constantly
• Is self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a passion for doing the best possible work as part of a team.
